Information We Collect
When you connect your Facebook account to the Service, and depending on the permissions you approve, we may collect and receive the following information from Facebook:
- Your name and public profile picture (public_profile)
- Your email address (email)
- A list of the Facebook Pages you manage and basic information about those Pages (pages_show_list)
- Engagement and performance data for your Pages, such as post reach, likes, comments, and other insights (pages_read_engagement)
- The ability to publish, edit, and manage posts on Pages you authorize us to manage on your behalf (pages_manage_posts)
We do not request or collect your Facebook friends list or any information about your Facebook friends.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account with Cambo Tech
- Provide the social media management and digital marketing services you request, including publishing and managing content on Pages you authorize
- Analyze the performance of your Pages to provide reporting, insights, and strategy recommendations
- Communicate with you about your account, your Pages, and our services
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Service
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances: with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as hosting and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations; with Facebook/Meta, to the extent necessary to provide the Facebook-connected features you request; or where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request.
Data Retention
We retain the information described in this policy for as long as your account remains connected to the Service, or as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
You may disconnect Cambo Tech from your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook settings, under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Removing the app there revokes our access to any further data from your Facebook account.
To request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, email us at info@cambo-tech.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the name or email address associated with your account. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time and confirm once your data has been deleted from our systems.
