These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and services provided by Cambo Tech (“Cambo Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any features that connect to your Facebook account through Facebook Login and Facebook Page management (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Cambo Tech provides digital marketing and social media management services. Certain features allow you to connect your Facebook account so that we may access and manage Facebook Pages you authorize, on your behalf, as part of the services you request.
Facebook Login & Page Permissions
When you connect your Facebook account, you authorize Cambo Tech to access certain information and permissions through Facebook, which may include your basic profile information, email address, the list of Pages you manage, Page engagement data, and the ability to publish and manage posts on Pages you authorize. Your use of Facebook Login is also subject to Facebook’s own Terms of Service and Data Policy. We access and use Facebook data in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date
- Only connect Facebook Pages that you own or are authorized to manage
- Comply with Facebook’s Platform Policy, Community Standards, and all applicable laws
- Not use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security or proper functioning of the Service
Our Rights
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms or Facebook’s policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service, other than content you provide or content belonging to Facebook, are owned by Cambo Tech or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific marketing results will be achieved.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambo Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cambo Tech harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Facebook Pages, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Facebook account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, Facebook’s policies, or applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
